Given is a very good shot stopper - sometimes more spectacular than needed. Average in other areas.

Ireland, Robinho, Bellamy, Adebayor and Tevez would all improve us one way or another.


Given is possibly the most overrated player in the league.

Probably not as commanding as VDS at his best is. But VDS ain't got much time left and he's not getting any better.

Given keeps his sides in games.
