If we win this one it'll be by the skin of our teeth.

A lot of nonsense about us having some sort of hoodoo on Arsenal, not having that. But we can beat them if we show up. I reckon 1-0 to us, but it won't be pretty and all the anti-"thumb head" lobby will be going nuts as usual.

We could have 70% possession and 30 shots on target and the £#%&!er brigade will claim we never looked like scoring.

Btw tonight I expect 65% possession.

Can't be arsed making an official Team vs Arsenal thread now that the official thread is up. So line up that should be played tonight:

ddg

rafael* smalling rojo shaw*

herrera carrick blind

januzaj rooney di maz

*if £#%&!ing fit.

Hopefully Rafael, Shaw and Carrick are alright. If not, then swap for Valencia, Young & Mata respectively.

2-1 United. Rooney x 2.

I just hope Herrera & Carrick play and that Rooney is played up front where he belongs.
Youngy & Di Maria (if he puts his boots on the right feet) on the counter.
Birthday boy Blind breaking up Arsenal's tedium..

Any sign of that Belgian thing & I'll be physically sick before, during & probably after the game.

Our saving grace will be the fact that bumbling £#%&!tard Evans is suspended so he can't get bullied AOTS by Giroud. Presumably Smalling & Rojo will be in there with any luck. Shaw back in a LB.

Carrick will be a massive bonus if he's back in the middle.

Half expecting a 4-4-2 tonight, Rooney dropping off to dish out some reducers on whoever is playing in the Arsenal midfield (Coquelin?).

Hoping someone can nobble Sanchez early & we'll be OK.

Rafael can't be relied on. No one to blame but his brittle bones.

Arsenal supposed favourites? Seriously? Did no-one in the media watch how they choked against Monaco when the pressure was on?

Utd should be beating Arsenal at OT, the likes of Coquelin and Bellerin can be targeted.

2-0

We will beat the crybabies.

I want big performances from the defenders and midfielders, thats all you need to beat Arsenal. Hope we watched Monacos tactical masterclass. Fergiesque style win. Our win in November was lucky tbh.

Not spoke to a single utd fan who isn't really confident about this game, all predicting a utd win.

So I'll go with a 1-1 draw.
