As it seems we'll be looking for 2 or 3 strikers in the summer, and we're struggling for potential home grown signings whilst wanting to jettison a few, a young Englishman on a free doesn't seem such a bad idea especially given the vast amounts needing to be spent elsewhere :shakehead:

Could definitely do worse as a back up tbh.

Have to say, he's looked to offer everything our 3 main forwards haven't whenever I've seen him this season.

Yeah, he's no worldy, but works hard and causes a few problems for defenders. Surely a better option than having to chuck Fellers up top.

I won't be unhappy should he arrive.

Unless he's our only cf signing obv.

As an squad option we could do worse. Quick at least and a decent finisher. Wouldn't be free exactly but the tribunal fee wouldn't be much more than £5m/£6m apparently.
