He's never going to play for England, unless the agreement that meant the likes of Almunia, Arteta, Nacho Novo and Rangel Angel weren't allowed to play for England, Scotland and Wales is torn up.

Other than birthplace, parents or grandparents players can only represent one of the home nations if they have had five years of continuous education up to the age of 18 in that country.
