Default Sunday then?

Is this a good time to be playing Chelsea, or are they 'gonna do it for Jose' ...New manager syndrome & all that balls??

I can't see anything other than a cagey, scrappy repeat of the Cup final or the last couple of games between the 2 at Old Trafford (0-0 or 1-1 for me)
Quierosz will be drumming it into the players not to attack between now & Sunday no doubt.

We should play all our attacking players and go for the throat. If we let them, they'll kill the game so we mustn't let em. I want to see Ronnie, Rooney, Tevez and Saha starting.

hard to say how they'll react. As for us "going for the throat", when have we done that this season?

We haven't really but we haven't had everyone fit. There's no excuses now.

Well I agree with that, but at the very least SURELY we should be starting with 2 f***ing strikers.

I'm not interested in being over-run in midfield, we've tried to counter Chelsea by going up against them 'like for like' many times in recent years & have managed one win (& I think I'm right in saying we started the game 4-4-2?)

I'd go -

Van Der Sar

Evra
Rio
Vidic
Wes

Giggs (left wing. Absolutely NOT through the middle)

Scholes
Hargreaves

Ronaldo (right wing)

Rooney
Tevez/Saha

No chance of that though.

I definetly, definetly wouldn't pick Giggs. Or Nani.

Who would you play on the left then?
Giggs has had a shocking start to the season admittedly, but if he gets a start back in his old position in a big game it might be an inspired decision.
I wouldn't start Nani in a game like that.

vds
brown - rio - vidic - evra
hargreaves - carrick
ronnie - rooney - tevez
saha
plenty of energy in there - tevez and saha rested in midweek, hargreaves ready to go. nani, scholes and anderson on the bench; give giggs the weekend off.

it's not going to happen, though. i can see fergie starting with giggs and scholes in place of tevez and carrick.

Ronaldo Rooney
Tevez
Saha

Rooney has played well on the left when asked.
Tevez behind Saha.
But It's also one of those games I would understand a three man midfield, ergo dropping Tevez and playing two behind Saha.

2-1 to Chelsea with both scorers revealing a t-shirt with the message "Gone but not forgotten" for Jose.

Drogba will play and bags both.

Scholes gets sent off.

I vow to f*** it off for good next season.

Unless JT scores then it'll be a picture of JT on it with JT written underneath.
