I remember my son having hamsters as a kid. After the third one died, he said "can I have a new United shirt instead, I don't want to go through that again?"

Bless him.

Here's an incident that occurred over here this past summer and pissed a lot of people off....

ROSCOMMON MAN, 85, FIGHTS TO SAVE PET JACK RUSSELL FROM BEING PUT DOWN

85-year-old Donal Rogers, a retired Garda, has spoken of his heartbreak at the prospect of having his beloved dog forcibly put down. About two months ago Kim bit one of a small group of passers by outside Donal’s house. “My little dog was lying in the sun on the front lawn of my house on a Sunday morning”.Strangers came down the road, walking, and she ran out on the road, and she nipped the person on the leg”.

Ex-garda vows to fight court order to have pet dog put down
‘I have a Plan B if someone does come to arrest me. I am not going to tell you what that is’

Irish "Save Kim" campaign gets a boost from Ricky Gervais
The viral "Save Kim" campaign has gotten the support of Hollywood actor Ricky Gervais, who described the situation as "so sad and frustrating."

Here's the fat f***ing b**** who rabidly demanded the dog be put down and refused every offer of compensation or slightest compromise. Pity it wasn't a pack of rottweilers...

She looks like Playboy Buddy Rose...

When asked at her home this week by the Sunday World whether it was true that she had two previous court actions which led to the destruction of two other dogs in similar circumstances, Ms Greene stared blankly, before politely replying: “I really don’t want to comment.”

Seems she has a habit of being bitten by dogs

Fortunately the dog has been rescued, treated and is okay - Absolutely shocking, blood boiling video, I saw the first few seconds as it was on autoplay but switched off. I hope that f***ing mental b**** gets what is coming to her, decrepit old c*** or not. I'd gladly see her lynched and dragged along the streets too.

My youngest had one. Only time he bothered was cleaning its cage once a week.

Hamster went missing after someone left his cage door open. Thought he'd be upset. Didn't care. Even laughed when I said the hamster might have jumped off the balcony.

Still haven't found it btw. Little f***er just disappeared.

There was a Labrador ‘seeing dog’ on the cruise I’ve just come off.

He was literally the most popular thing on the ship, must have been patted thousands of times a day and seemed to love every minute of it.

Not sure the understanding owner got very far.

Not sure if for the intolerance thread or this one?

My girl Bella (9 month Border Terrier) needs a hip operation.

I mention it IRL and all I get is 'have you got insurance', 'how much will it cost'.

Bore off, she's getting whatever it takes.
