Been watching the National League Play-Off SF's.

Took a 96th min Notts County equaliser to take their game v Boring Wood to ET. County then got the winner in the last min.

The other SF (Chesterfield v Bromley) has been a proper incident packed afair. KO delayed 10 mins to allow everyone to get in. Big delay in the 1st half due to a medical emergency in the stands. Bromley went in 1 up at HT.
Delay in the 2nd half due to 2 drones flying over the pitch. C'Field equalise due to an OG & the scorer of the OG gets red carded later for a nasty tackle. C'Field now 2-1 up.

There ain't half been some entertaining games in this league this season.

Given the fixtures they've got remaining, Newcastle's saving grace may have been Spur's 20 minute capitulation. The superior GD gives them effectively a whole match more of breathings space. Still not easy fixtures if this stays as-is: need to get results from 2 of Brighton / Leeds (A) / Chelsea (A) / Leicester ..

That elbow from Schar was excessive force at a minimum.

Said in the ‘top four’ thread: Newcastle still have work to do. Brighton and a last day trip to Chelsea to come.

Not sure if anyone has mentioned it, but Newcastle still have a lot of work to do.
