Missus offered to make a roast yesterday and considering she f***ed up a crumpet in the morning I wasn't too excited. However, she absolutely smashed it although I am dubious,

Stuffing inside the Yorkshires is a nice touch and lovely variety of veg.

Good to see your sommelier skills coming to the fore and pairing your fine dining with a can of Heineken.
