You couldnít. Not having a pop, itís just science. The method canít be replicated on a home griddle.

However. It is a faff. Itís 9/10 if someone makes it for you, but doing it yourself - knock a few points off. Closest to a top level steakhouse youíll get at home though & not replicable on any pan.

Either way, I have f*** all else to do on a Friday so making the perfect steak felt fulfilling.

That is grand!

Apologies for no pics, but had flatbreads, pan fried the rib-eye in strips, garlic spinach, fried onions, whole grain & English mustard, finished with shavings of parmesan. Was very good

He can't. I've done a few, not bone in, and there is no better.

An absolute ballache, but just about worth it.

Leave bunks to his Tefal non-stick.

f***ing teddy is getting a bit too c**ky for my liking

Look on his face is saying ď f*** the eggs that steak is mineĒ

IMHO he needs a night tied up in the garden with a bowl of water and a bone

Ordering in McDonalds for the first time.

Excited.

Itís a shame Scar canít serve matching foodstuffs because his steaks look surprisingly edible.

Reckon he could lose several stone eating a balanced diet of approx half the food he gobbles.

Was hoping for some suggestions to be honest.

I think my go to was always quarter pounder with cheese. Good burger to bun ratio and gherkin.
Had the big tasty with bacon a few times.
Was always a big chicken sandwich fan.
Lots of new stuff on the menu.

No, I canít decide!
