Love the food, just looked a bit meh, not so Gordon Ramsay. By no means ashtonred, though, don't get me wrong. Pork belly is fantastic when done right, up there with good crackling.

It's ok i'm only joking, i dont really think i'm being gang stalked.....yet.

I have to eat fatty cuts. Today i'm having an entire roast chicken basted in butter.

I gotta eat liver a few times a week for its vitamins...chicken livers are actually fine....beef liver is a real struggle to get down

If you go to South Africa lots of pubs will do chicken livers peri-peri...outstanding.


Tea tonight was a sorry affair from the fridge: sweet cured mackerel, salad, coleslaw, potato salad.
