We all take the piss and quite rightly so, but he isn't actually a bad manager at the end of the day.
Seems a very good coach, perhaps destined to be held back by an excruciating personality.

The perfect word for him. Excruciating.

Apparently he once tried to talk a Brazilian player into joining Celtic by introducing himself as Brendão. Suffice to say the player never signed.

Last April at Celtic:

"There’s no doubt, I would love to work in the Premier League again one day, but I’m hopefully going to be coaching for another 20-odd years so it’s no time soon."

"I feel a loyalty to them to ensure we keep moving the club forward and keep progressing."

What a bottle job. Constant failure in Europe, now being caught in the league. Moving on before his stock plummets?

Don't think he'll be heading back to Glasgow any time soon.

🤣Why would anyone with any sort of managerial ambition stay at Celtic?

So true, keeps blowing himself till his head falls off. "Great things await you Leicester, I, for it is I, have arrived and he, Brendan Rodgers, for it is he, me, will work to the point of my death to achieve the glory I so richly deserve"
