Pretending they're the 'People's Club'* is all they have.

*they aren't. It's 70% red.

Edit: They've just scored.
i don't get the "soft spot" that some united fans have for them. they hate the vermin, but most human beings do, including city fans for that matter.

they're still scouse @#%&!s, and i've enjoyed their slide into mid table mediocrity after how smug their fans were when we had moyes and they had martinez. i know we've all had stuff to say about gollum features, but despite how much of a failure he was here, he actually did a good job for them, provided stability for years, even got them into the top four. the way they treated him afterwards was shocking. all because he said he wanted to sign baines and fellaini.

Didn’t he batter four blokes who broke into his house?

I wouldn’t have the balls sack the @#%&! either; I’d promote him to assistant regional manager if anything.

Hately was a beast at Rangers but never heard any stories relating to big Dunc.

Thought head butting Paul McStay’s cousin on the pitch and getting put away was the reason he bombed out of rangers

Love Big Dunc.

My favourite ever, non-United PL player.

Ince thinking he is the hardman then realising who had thrown him...

We were linked with him a few times, too.

He used to terrorise us.

Even Jaap Stam was scared of him...
