Out in the summer. He’s not qualified or the right man to dig us out of the shit in my opinion. He was my favorite player as a kid and it hurts seeing him look like a smiling idiot.

Getting relegated would probably help us out in the long run if it meant that they sold up. They’re toxic and see it as a business.

I was thinking the same earlier - perhaps we should go to 5 at the back and at least be solid?

We must be able to upgrade to a better LB in the next transfer window and we have a top GK and back 5.

Assume Pogba goes and we just try and get an attacking plan going.

He's not done himself any favours with the backroom staff he's surrounded himself with. Mike Phelan No wonder we look clueless

Phelan won the league as Fergie's no2. Carrick is a novice.

LVG won us the FA Cup l, Mourinho won us the Europa League and league cup and took us to FA cup final. I think it’s quite clear that we’re doing worse under Solskjaer.

He’s been pressured into weakening the squad to save money. A new manager clearly isn’t the answer but the team is performing worse than what it should be. If it happened at any other club he’d be gone.

In.

We have to see this through. We have to finish where we finish and allow the rebuild.

That's what a rebuild is. This is often what the price is.

Nobody else will sort this in the timeframe the 'outers' are demanding.

It didn’t make sense to get rid of either manager to be honest. It’s much easier to improve on style of football while being 4th or 5th than sitting in the relegation zone.

The changing of managers needs to stop. Get Allegri or someone of that caliber in.. back him and see if we sink or swim after 5 years.

He’s got to stay, we need to go down this road. Pick up one or two in January, then go big next summer. If he’s not backed, if the club doesn’t know the path, we’re in a cycle of worse shit.

However.

If Poch quits Spurs, he’s clearly a superior coach, and develops youngsters. I’d move Ole to DoF & take the tubby Argie for the way forward.

There is no rebuild. There’s in and outs, but there’s no plan.

I think there is.

It's hard to see when things are going badly.

We have as much of a plan now as we have since Fergie left (along with lvg)And even if we dont, what makes you think we'd have one if he left?

Whether or not he can execute it is another matter altogether.

But 10 months, one summer window and 8 games into a first full season isnt enough to tell.

We need to start actually giving the managers we hire an actual chance.

We wont though. We'll panic. Sack him. Panic appoint. Repeat.

Wishful thinking. The man in charge has proven himself incompetent at rebuilding over a number of years.

The plan appears to be copy Liverpool by signing young British players. I think that’s as far as it goes.

Not signing any midfielders this summer is a mad plan. Ditto for no attackers other than James

I thought you meant Ole.

I think Ole has an idea of what he wants and that's clear with the signings and players we've sold.

As for Woodward, he has no idea. Which is why he'll panic and sack Ole before any potential plan plays out.

I'd be very surprised if he got even half the players he wanted.

None of the previous three guys did.

Getting rid of the shit is a necessary part of the plan, even if it leaves us short.

Exactly how I feel about it all.

Ole for now until poch becomes available.

And if he stays at Spurs?...

If we actually sacked Ole and moved for the Poch, that would be the first time we would have hired somebody who wasnt just available at the time we wanted to current guy out.
