He didn't did he?

Haven't seen so much get past him like that all season.

I dont think Ole did much wrong. It was working. They didn't look like scoring until a lack of concentration, which could happen under any system.

That's what cost of us and ofcourse the momentum swung after that.

Putting things into perspective, I’d have taken that result happily a couple of hours ago. However, bottling out at the end like that is just not acceptable. We had them under the cosh at points and looked the better team, I don’t understand why we changed things. Also, I say this as someone who doesn’t think Rashford is necessarily going to be a top class player; he never should have left the pitch. He looked sharp and was causing them problems.

Baffling from Ole and I can’t help but feel his tactical ineptness cost us the win. It’s so frustrating because we really looked like we were going to win and completely piss on their parade at one point.

Our ball retention and general play for the last 15 mins was pathetic. Absolutely awful. Our team must be in the gutter mentally. So £#%&!ing fragile.

The manager will get binned soon enough, though. We'll get turned over at Norwich next week.

Best I've seen from Fred. Midfield was a lot more balanced than before. We actually moved the ball quicker and clearly Rashford and James as a duo has a lot of potency in the making.

Good first hour, tailed off but they didn't really threaten. Another year to tick off with them leaving OT without a win at least.

Taking rashford off killed us. Awful, awful management.
Yes, our current standard is that low. Everyone was expecting us to fold.

Liverpool were expected to win comfortably and have won 17 games in a row.

Are we devoid of any kind of context on here anymore?

Being ok with a draw in a game most of us would have taken beforehand doesn't mean we're all happy with the current state of the club.

Would you have taken a draw before the game?

Did the players decide to sit in their own half without his instruction?

Yes, if we lose at Norwich today doesn't mean much.

Pathetic attempt to get out to Robertson and the block the cross that’s twice in 2 games shite like that has cost us ffs

Played well overall imo. Smart from Ole, nullified them and had us looking a threat. Problem being when your players are inferior and have to work twice as hard as the opposition, they tire. We’ve benefited from being the superior team and the opposition tiring, today it cost us.

The move starts with or without a foul. Mane wasn’t getting the ball.

There was a shit tonne of work to do to score from that position.

Good performance. Disappointing not to get the win but if that gives us confidence and starts a bit of a resurgence, great.

You should all be £#%&!ing delighted with a result against these @#%&!s.

Terrible 1st 11 against ‘the unbeatables’?

I made that up but you take my point.

It does if its a foul. The play would have been stopped and liverpool would have the ball.

It wasnt a foul, but saying they were too far away for it to have an affect on our goal is a poor excuse

There was no need to him off tbf, he looked like he still had something in the tank and Martial was never going to offer the same pressing and threat in behind.

We didn't have the legs to keep pushing high up the field and constantly press them, and we don't have the depth in squad go make changes so we could do that.

We brought on a semi-fit Martial and a young left back at right mid.

Opening up the game when they have three sets of fresh legs in midfield and attack and we have none would have been a bigger disaster.
