There is really no point in sacking him. Fold the club

Don’t think Ole is up to the job and things could get a lot lot worse which would obviously make any sort of rebuild even more difficult.

But if not Ole then who? We’d probably get the new managers bounce again for a couple of months and then turn to shit again.

If Poch becomes available then I’d get him in and hope for the best, but until then I guess stick with Ole.

There's nobody that would come, and they'd make not a blind bit of difference with the players they'd currently have to choose from, and if you take the 'wisdom' on offer on here, they'd all be pulling sickies after 5 games because they cba anyway.

It's over. Let Ole go down with the ship.

The squad is brutal, but really don't think he is the man either. In til we hit the bottom 3. So end of Oct.

Move him upstairs to DoF. Rather Ole than Woodward making decisions on players.

I’m not an ‘out’ mate. I’d see us go down before turfing him out. He’s just not doing a great job atm.

Genuinely undecided right now, I completely see all the arguments for *not* sacking him but today was unmitigatedly appalling - and totally unacceptable.

In.

I'd only support out if there was a clear plan in place, and there isnt. The closest we have is Ole selling everybody and leaving us short so may aswell stick with it.

yeah, this. if his role as manager has to be terminated i'd like him to stay on at the club in some capacity.

If its a rebuild then its stripping everything back to the bare bricks. Its bound to look ugly. If rebuilding then keep Ole as the sacrificial lamb who'll hopefully eject the dross and probably lose his job before the benefits are realised.

Nihilistic, but part of me would be happy if he resigned if the job was bringing him down to Mou levels of depression. His ace card was also his demeanour when he came in, but this squad would suck the life out of any manager.

There are a bunch of #@&%!s who deserve to go before him. The owners WooWar and most of the squad.

Can’t see how a managerial change would sort it.

The issue is a depressingly bleak squad that’s fragile and in the case of martial, pogba and fat boy shaw etc, seemingly happy to just down tools when it suits.

We desperately need to inject some quality and do it quickly in January if possible. A striker has to be the priority and a midfielder after that.

I think the defence is fine with axel, mcguire and lindleof and wan bassaka.
