Never in trouble really but honestly that was poor stuff

Nobody took their chance tonight (bar maybe Henderson and Axel)
Can’t really complain about Greenwood and DvB not getting starts when they perform like that when they do

We have to develop a way to play that allows us to pass it out from the back and control the game when pressed

Anyway onto the next round with bigger fish to fry coming up

Needs to play with more personality
you mean 5 yard return passes and slowly shadowing opposition players

Well I’m suprised

Greenwood going backwards at the moment

Henderson impressed me. That’s about it.

Whisper it but I’m beginning to think Rashford is shite.

He's a bit shit isn't he pal?

Sell him on and get the guy Sabitzer into the team.

Hmm, wonder why Donny doesn't get more games?

a bit of a snoozer of a game tbh....started out really well and slowly just strolled to mediocre

it shows that we are definitely short of attacking talent and need to invest in that area

never really in trouble as the backs did their job...scott and donny were solid

He really could do with making better decisions though. V frustrating. Way too inconsistent atm.

Still love him but he frustrates me massively.

Yep, and tonight that is all that was needed.

Burnley game is absolutely huge now, bigger than the Liverpool one arguably.

i hate that he had to play Maguire, only he didn't have to do very much, Rashford and Martial instead of being able to give them a rest.

Don't understand why Ighalo didn't play when he probably should have ahead of Rashford. Really the only puzzling thing for me about the game.

Just a professional performance and getting thru the cup game without having to really push themselves too hard.

Never easy for a player in his position to shine in a fixture like this tbf.

Starting to think those saying Ole only intended him to play a relative bit part this campaign may be correct.

Donny's stats in this game were very impressive...only gave the ball away 4 times out of 80 touches

Could be argued that’s a little too ‘safe’ for a playmaker tbf.

Thought he was decent though.
