So Slovakia and Finland have only three points and a worse goal difference than Ukraine, the other two third placers have four points. For Portugal to go out they'd have to lose heavily, and Hungary to stay beating Germany.

The best 4 out of the 6 groups. Most of the fourth best placed teams will have 4 points, if you get less than 4pts you’re basically out. Ukraine and Finland are on 3 pts so probably won’t be enough for them to go through
