Yup, Ole's management of Romero has been odd. De Gea was already chucking them in last season so no reason to drop Romero for the Chelsea semi where Dave again chucked two more in.

One moment in the 2nd half the ball bounced over Maguire and it looked like he was going to be in a bit of trouble. No, Henderson had obviously claimed it and came out.

It's definitely going to help our defence having a presence behind them.

Another step in becoming no 1 today. He performs, he’ll stay there and he’s made a very good start. Just really solid and confident. Exactly what we need. De Gea is probably more likely to pull off wonder saves, but I’d rather have the steady presence.

Dave has no real passion for the game. Hopefully this lad keeps him out of the side.

And let’s face it, this is long overdue. Dave has been on borrowed time since last season.
