Yeah, proper smash and grab, this.

How about you watch the game instead of listening to Chris Waddle's bullshit.

Even, attacking game. Both teams deserve to be down, most of Spurs chances have come from us recklessly giving the ball away or Vida slipping. Get Scholes on in the 2nd half and we'll cruise to the win, if not it will continue to be a humdinger.

Rafael's been excellent though.

Really would help if Berbatov could start being arsed too...

Park creating danger again, he's been very good today.

Spurs have had some very good chances and look very dangerous around the edge of our box, nice passing as well.

Decent first half, but we're lucky to be ahead.

Some good link up between Berba, Nani and Pea at times.

Park has been anonymous, and Carrick has shown once again that he is absolutely pointless.

We look so much weaker without Scholes.

You're not watching the game, not properly anyway.

So many wrong points. Worst of all that Park's been anonymous. Probably our best player so far.

Thumbs up Re: *Official* United v Spurs Thread - Teams, Links and Value

Been fairly even tbh.

Carrick and Park have been good too.Worrying amount of space that the Spurs players are finding themselves in when they're near our area but I think we look the better side.Just need to keep tight, not switch off (which we have done a couple of times) and I think we'll be ok.

Good game.

Good game.

We're doing ok and look dangerous on the break.

Rafael has done a great job against Bale so far. Park has done well too.

Are you just slagging off players for the sake of it? Carrick and Park have been solid.

Another goal, possibly two is definitely needed.

Park's been a bit of a revelation for me that half. Stemmed from the hit after 2mins.

Fletcher & Carrick appear incapable of passing forward quickly, no change for Carrick on the last few years form but Fletcher is all over the shop by his standards. Needs Scholes to find the gaps, but the pay off will be to allow Spurs twice as much space, which as it stands is a bit dangerous. If they had a good no.9 this would be shit your pants time imo. They're a decent outfit, we're doing OK.

Pea has been poor in his distribution when dropping, should stay up against the last defender at all times for me, he's shown his quality up there. No need to be this all rounder, we have an uninventive side out so any half chance up there needs to be taken today.
