How can you get away with using a player who is still owned by a private company?

the argument from carrick is levy/redknapp have £#%&!ed up the deal, my argument is that a) there is no evidence to back this up and b) bellamy would have ultimately signed for city anyway so trying to use it against levy/redknapp is pointless.

i await your inevitable child like reply
You don't have to explain what you meant by your posts to hollers, it was plainly obvious...just totally irrelevent.

As to the issue of whether Spurs £#%&!ed up the deal there is indeed no evidence to back this up and I would maintain my point about West Ham not strengthening a rival. I would also maintian that, despite his denials, Harry tried to unsettle Bellamy. And succeeded.
As to your assertion that Bellamy would have signed for City in any case may I point you back to your post and suggest there is also no evidence that Bellamy would have signed for City regardless. Indeed, there is some rumour that Spurs was his preferred choice for a variety of reasons.

im not arsed about bellamy, i think £12m or whatever is a lot of money for bellamy. dont rate him at all.

but you say west ham accepted the bid, surely if they didnt want to sell to spurs they wouldnt have accepted it?

do you not think, after comparing wages on offer, bellamy was ultimately going to chose city regardless? obviously we dont know what was on offer, but i think its fair to presume city would offer a lot more than spurs

You're in dream land if you think that Spurs haven't £#%&!ed up here.
Spurs offered the same money as Citeh, but wanted to pay it over a long period in instalments. Bruce has been complaining about the same thing regarding their Palacios offer.
