Theres no reason at all why putting on a few pounds of muscle should affect his pace or flexibility....unless the coaching and training is poor....oh.

It's £#%&! all to do with "bulking up" it's more to do with simply not standing there like a lemon and allowing people like, i don't know, to choose a random example...fellani, to just casually turn and do whatever he wants in our 18 yard box. You don't have to be muscle man to get tight to people and deny them space.

Yep. It's more about his attitude. He doesnt look particularly light weight from a purely physical point of view. Look at players like Terry and Vidic, they're not the tallest or biggest, hut theyre naturally aggressive and physically imposing.
