Would a neutral have said we’d done good business at this time last summer?

Not like you to turn a post about another team into a post about us being shit.

Bit of a pile on going on whenever marlo posts. Is it, dare I say it, bullying?

Come on Ned. He loves the attention. A newcomer has just come right in on his first day? and picked him up on it. Look at that stupid post. We all know his persistent agenda.

The newcomer isn’t a newcomer, but it isn’t marlo.

I think marlo has the right to his opinion, and some people on here have legit discussions with him, but there’s a few who post nothing but snide at the guy for cheap points. As someone who is very anti-bullying, it has been noted.

fair enough, when he posts shit about bruno. but saying mount and onana won't be transformational isn't exactly controversial. well... onana could be transformational, if you count not winning the golden glove, I suppose.

Odd, because I've been lobbed off threads for having a pop at this obvious wum. Weird how he has carte blanche to carry on regardless.

We could've done with Timber, considering Varanes unreliability.

we didnt do good business last year.

we signed Antony for 80/90m.
a pointless LB thats sloppy play let to our collapse against silly
Martinez looks good but will be able to properly judge him at about Christmas time.
casimero is class.

we did ok last summer in terms of 2 good buys but we also wasted our limited money on a player we all know is shi but pretending he will somehow come good..

back on topic..

I don't know a lot about timber. but I'm not a fan of dutch players and that flukey Ajax team ETH earnt his reputation off. I hope he flops which I think he will.

Going to be a v interesting season. That City squad looks at serious risk of tipping over. Especially if Silva finally gets his move.

Timber will presumably play full back there?

On what grounds? Seems a bit daft at best to write off a whole nation especially given some of the players the country has produced.

I mean one Dutch bloke has even got a specific move named after him....
