Don't know about you but I judge strikers on how many goals they score regardless of who they are playing for.

I'd be very happy if our summer business was Ings, Depay, Hummels, Clyne, and a midfielder.

Well that's a bit stupid then. A striker playing in a top side is clearly going to get more chances than a striker in a newly promoted side, and thus will score more goals.
