There may have been truth in his "Kroos was waiting to sign but the higher ups wouldn't pay" spiel but it doesn't really matter. Tbf to Fellaini, he never downed tools and wanted to be a United player.

Then you look at Pogba (who Ferguson let it be known was trouble, but we still threw everything at Juventus to get him) and it's another piece of the pile of shit jigsaw.

The amount of players we've signed who are anything but United standard is incredible. And heartbreaking.

Rashford was a bit of hope tbh. But he's gone the same way as Pogba, Lingard, Martial etc. "Poor me" and he's downed tools. This Belfast night(s) out looks more like he's trying to get a move than anything else. I think the most telling thing is, I don't know anyone that doesn't want him sold.
I'd say the only one we signed who came close to a "manchester United player" was Zlatan. He had the mentality, the attitude and above all the quality to be at the highest level.

There's a lot of players here now who have no idea what an 'elite' level club looks like or what it takes to play for one. They haven't a clue. Players like Rashford, Shaw, Dalot, Lindelof, Maguire, The Scottish Player etc... have no idea what top level standards look like. They bleat on soundbytes about playing for United and how big it is but they don't really understand because they've never played to any sort of elite standard or been made to. Anyone who has ever even thought about trying to push them to that level has been thrown under the bus.

All of them blow hot and cold far too often. Inconsistent, always injured for weeks on end, show a real lack of character and mental resilience in key moments in games and worst of all there's a horrible culture of nobody wanting to take responsibility. Sancho is a symptom of this. Imagine playing for a club where you get dropped and feel entitled to go on social media and call the manager a liar and start wibbling on about being made a scapegoat. Ronaldo was the tipping point, to go on that piers morgan show and basically just air the club's dirty laundry and shit on the manager was outrageous. All because he felt entitled to do so after being dropped because he's in his late 30s and couldn't cut it at top level football anymore.

That for me was the complete nadir for player power at this club. That is someone who thinks he's bigger than the club. Is it any wonder thickos like Sancho followed suit.

I suppose it’s difficult for someone who was so good to accept that they aren’t any longer. The rest of them though are of a quality that might have earned them a Phil Neville type back-up role at United under fergie where they might be lucky enough to get the odd game. Instead they think we should consider ourselves lucky if they bother turning up for the odd one.

Everybody got very comfortable with not being held to any proper standard and as such an unholy rot set in. Team plays poor, manager gets canned and the players just merrily carry on.

Suddenly someone comes in and tries to instil some standards and he's treated as some sort of £#%&!ing ogre.
Really hope INEOS drag this clubs standards up considerably. Players have been coasting for too long and it's unacceptable

Cucked by Rashford and his boys.

Fair play. The club is actively living the dreams of about 60% of posters on here.

The problem is he isn’t as good as he thinks he is. Nowhere near.

Even last season, yes he scored a lot of goals but let’s have it right, we had some nice cup runs and was in the Europa League.

He will be out of the door as soon as Ratcliffe is in.

Obviously there’s people on Talksport etc blaming Ten Hag.

This has killed me

“Sarah said Rashford ordered bruschetta but did not touch it as he does not like tomatoes with seeds in”

What a weird £#%&!ing story, he’s some kind of tit. Genuinely sounds like one of the worst nights out I’ve ever heard. Bringing his own speaker to the club ffs.

Biggest disappointment is the state of the waitress he asked to go out with them. Is that the best Belfast has to offer?!

Can’t wait for him to score a deflected goal the next time he plays, and do his little celebration to silence the haters. Gimp. This should be the end of him at United. Obviously still need him this season, but for me it was touch and go whether he should be part of future plans given his form this season. This has just made it an incredibly easy decision.

A player who should be on the bench, but probably thinks he's at the same level as Mbappe.

Can't wait for him to be binned.

He didn’t have a night out in larne. You couldn’t have a night out in larne. You could buy the entire town for £500K, but it would be a bad deal.

It’s no surprise that Larne is best known for the methods of travel you can choose for leaving it.

There are several things that disgust me about this sorry episode….his disdain for united, his bling lifestyle, the bad example he is setting to the kids that look up to him….but the thing that I cannot forgive him for is socialising with northern Irish women

Scored last week, did the little mouthy ‘sssh’ gesture, then proceeded to be shite, got hauled off and has since been fined dropped and hungover

Idiot. Absolute £#%&!ing idiot. Pissing away his United career in front of our eyes. I hope someone grabbed him by the eyes and told him that yesterday

I am sick to the back teeth of these players in the last few years.

Comfortably the biggest underperformers in the league and they have the temerity to slack off, slag off and throw everyone under the bus

It’s not an ETH thing either. This is a pattern since Fergie left, leaks every week about how someone isn’t happy with something, but it’s never themselves. A few token quotes about ‘looking in the mirror’ when they get tonked 7-0, then it’s back to mediocrity

We have a manager desperately trying to reinstall some standards that we’ve desperately needed for years and you’ve got fans trying to find some kind of angle that suggests bias or double standards

Jesus Christ! The man is asking the players to show up on time and work hard in training. The absolute bare minimum you’d expect these players to do and some of them simply can’t do it. And when they’re challenged on it, they act like babies on Instagram, Piers Morgan’s podcast or they bugger off to Belfast

Our manager has spent more time during his tenure fielding questions about players being disciplined than he has about football

Is there any chance any of these ridiculously paid young men could start getting their head down and doing their job?

No statements. No leaks. No gestures when you score. Just get your head down and £#%&!ing do your job.

Jumpers for goal posts. White dog shit.

Quite amazing when you consider his total lack of bravery on a football pitch.

A different time. Although Ferguson knew the truth - lots of money and time turns young men into #@&%!s. So he kept the #@&%!ery under control.

Can't do that now of course, because they'll start crying on Instagram if they're asked to turn up on time.
