he picks the team and whatever happens happens.
he doesn’t have any tactics , doesn’t have us playing with any sort of style or guile.

I actually think he's been the best since Fergie for trying to get us playing with a plan. Van Gaal was tactically brilliant but it was dire and didnt work in the end.

Mourinho was terrible for it. No style. Like Spurs now.
