Not quite true that. In fact it's a gross exaggeration. They had a decent 20minute spell in the first half where they were at full tilt and a few moments second half. That was it.

I must be missing something with Modric. I'm yet to see him play well. Clearly a nice, technical player, but bar a couple of decent touches, I didn't think he did anything.

Jenas was far better. And he's crap.

Lennon was MOM for me yesterday. Imagine the reaction had O'Shea been skinned as many times as Evra was.

true enough. i thought we were very comfortable, though i don't think gibson and scholes or tevez and welbeck work as pairings.

anyway, the goal was to win, to rest key lads, to give some a runout and to watch liverpool £#%&! up at boro. satisfied? i bet imaging sir alex hasn't stopped laughing yet tbh.

vidic, giggs, park, fletcher.

the only players yesterday who would be part of our likely strongest 11 were evra, rio and ronnie.

keep trying.

vidic and giggs played

park and fletcher would not be in the strongest 11.

True and for the most part we were still marginally the better side.

as the game went on, there was only one team that was going to win. we played for penalties and our gamble paid off.

Going off some of Fergie's selections this season, Park and Fletcher would be.
