Any chance this £#%&!ing shit show can get sorted some time before the next ice age is upon us?

They just don’t care, mate. As long as they can bleed us for another last dollar, they will…. and even when this deal goes through, they are still here, as majority owners.

Wouldn't surprise me if Ratcliffe's minority stake gets announced after the club loses to Liverpool, especially if they get blown out of the water again.

Seems to be how this club operates under the Glazers, constantly stringing you on with a carrot, with the promise the club will return to former glory.

It's been ten years of shit now...tiring.

Yep, but the cycle is ending. Nobody is buying it anymore.

It's absolutely heart breaking how long this is taking. The clubs dying, going backwards and every day its not sorted, adds another few months onto the time it'll take to reverse this shit. It feels hopeless but then, every six months, we get the promise that it may just get done and some competent people can start working their magic. Then, £#%&! all. For months and months again.

It's like water torture. January's transfer window is absolutely pivotal for us. SJR could come in and sanction 5 or 6 players and the season could be salvaged. At this rate though, we'll probably be saying the same NEXT December

Honestly hoping this doesn't happen. The winter break isn't the time for any sort of rebuild. I'd rather proper time is taken to address the issues in the squad over a few months and get it sorted properly next summer.

Going to be shite for the next 5 months but I'd rather than with a better outlook from next season onwards than panic buying something to salvage a season that looks to be almost dead already.

I'm not advocating 100m per average player, but anything that beefs this broken squad up. Todibo for starters, a position where everyone is broken. A decent striker to take the burden off the 20 year old kid we're all hoping will score for fun with no service.

It's all based on hope though. Hope the deal gets done, hope that SJR and his team can negotiate properly for players, hope that we have players already identified etc - its £#%&!ing awful.

Everyone knows the Glazer ownership has been incredibly damaging to this club and that they should have been run out of town a decade ago, but we need to stop using them as a handy-dandy excuse for everything going wrong on the pitch.

Every manager bar Moyes has ended up with enough players that they could field an entire team of their own buys. If you're still shit, or even worse, then we can't ignore that just because it contradicts our previous beliefs.

If a car keeps breaking down you don’t change the wheels every 18 months.

The £#%&!ing engine needs ripping out.

Actually, we don’t. Because everything we see is ultimately the result of their disinterest and neglect. In fact, I’d say we shouldn’t use managers to excuse the Glazers.

The more managers that fail for the same reasons, the more it points to the core problems lying elsewhere

Most have been repeating it for years: nothing changes until the Glazers are gone.

The whole club is rotten and crumbling, physically as well as metaphorically, there was a chance to reverse the process but unfortunately we are now lumbered with the Glazer enabler.

Glazer FC deserves relegation.

13 months. Not a single word from the club. Season spiralling. Questions and speculation every week. Not a single update. They do not give one solitary £#%&!.

What does that mean though? Did he want Antony or did he not? Did he want Onana or did he not? Did he want Mount or did he not? etc etc etc.

With the players he's bought, promoted and loaned we shouldn't be this £#%&!ing bad. The Glazers are a massive problem. The people they've put in charge are a massive problem, but these are two separate issues and conflating them isn't helping. Is ten Hag doing a good job or not?

Maybe getting kicked out of Europe complete and hovering outside 4th spot , might just be the kick the club needs to accelerate the process.

Clubs already losing money, I think if we don’t make the champions league two years in a row sponsorship income drops too.

ETH playing 4d chess here
