Re Spuds, apparently Bale and Dawson are set to return and start. The Korean defender too, Poo or whatever his name is.

That's an improved defence IMO, getting Dawson back anyway. Although neither have had much of a preseason so could be a gamble.

He was back at the weekend wasn't he?

I kind of want Bale to play. Looked very very suspect whenever I saw him last year and not the best place to make a debut.

I'd prefer it if Dawson wasn't back. He's an important player for them. Not as much as the hugely underrated King, but still important.
