Mata and Herrera have a value in the transfer market. We'd be stupid to let their contracts expire. Young is still useful to the team. So it makes sense to extend. It's hard to imagine anyone giving us actual money for Blind, so I haven't a clue what Woowar is thinking of with that one.

This. Players are worth more when they have contracts. Even Blind will recoup a few million. Surprised Fellaini hasn't re-signed. He finally has a manager who trusts in him .
