That's different from asking why he felt the need to do it.

Try to keep up.

It wasn't a foul anyway!!

You can disagree all day long, it doesn't make you any less wrong, however...

no, of course he wouldn't. doesn't mean it's not a foul.

True.

But it wasn't a foul anyway. Not unless the laws of the game have changed.

And they'd have been equally in agreement with you had Pedersen dived against Fulham or Stoke, do you think?

He dived.

some of you lot follow all this shit in the media

and some of you watch football on TV all the £#%&!ing time

so

how many penalties have you seen this season for a player getting touched - or even slightly held back if you insist ?

i'm guessing it's not very many

i remember Giggs getting a penalty after being pulled a bit at the end of a mazy dribble against Sunderland

the difference was that the referee was in line directly behind the play

oh and Giggs didn't fall over like a cheating @#%&!

can't be arsed reading the thread and usual ABU hysteria

but it was never a £#%&!ing penalty and Pedersen should have been booked for diving

ah come one man, lets be fair guys.

if that happened against us we'd be mad!

it was a clear pen.

a mistake on Rafaels part.

but def a pen.

prob didn't help Pederson as he went to ground quite dramatically.

when on the recieving end of this type of shit from the #@&%!s at work and alike, I plead Wengervision™. ,

''sorry I didn't see that from where I sit in the ground'', I don't have the luxury of replays from 101 different angles as you do sitting in your armchair.

it wasn't a penalty there was minimum contact and the @#%&! went down like Gerrard's misssus on Curtis Warren's dick

Never a penalty and I would say the same if it happened to Ronaldo or any of our players.

at the ground i thought it was a pen

on mod with replays i thought it wasn't

the error for evans goal is far more contentious for me

Default if that was a penalty

we should have had a penalty from every corner we've had ever.

it is not a foul to touch someone. it is a foul to impede someone by pulling, pushing, etc. pedersen collapsed. it had nothing to do with rafael (physically).

If Ronaldo was given a penalty for the same incident there would be an equally strong backlash. Contact does not always equate to a foul, Pedersn was not impeded, tripped or disadvantaged in any way. He made a conscious choice to go down, he was not forced to.
