Fair point.... but the fickle nature of the game itself showed for me. I switched on about 3 mins into the game to see us facing 11 men behind the ball and expected Burnley all over again. We looked ponderous with no real penetration until Poggers' breakthrough. They had no plan B. Some days they go in and some days they don't. I don't think we played any better than vs Burnley but that day was a bit of a freak and had Poggers pulled that one out against them, early doors, there'd have been not much concern over the following days. We will still struggle in games but approach play is much better, if not the finishing. For me, the diff is largely the finishing, oh, and the defending but as Bunks rightly said, six months and one transfer window in... Jose will sort it. Hope he's in for the long haul.

G2c widespread support.

Agreed - but I think he's read the mood well - bit of a rallying call to the forum - which will appeal to many, including me, who are desperate to see something other than the usual tide of negativity. Not something that I would say but I think many will feel that saffers does this type of stuff perhaps even better, but is, again not in my view, less credible?

I see it more as a rep toe poke from bunks - a mood reader - a pre campaign temperature gauge.

Mourinho is the Boss you're damn right.

Those who have been slating hate him and that's why they judge with no objectivity and in such a hurry.

Less credible than your court efforts over the Vidal debacle?

Still on btw

Feels like it doesn't it? He even tempted us with a repeat 'on' thread which frankly looks as ridiculous now as it did then but I'm in no mood to pour cold water on bunks efforts to encourage people to 'reach for the stars!'

If this year has taught us anything, it's that even the biggest berk can win an election. Wouldn't rule cream out.
