Big Louis for a year or two to begin the revolution. Then hire only Dutch managers from now on. Perhaps Pep if he's really keen.

All the top managers through the years had a huge presence, a big personality, this £#%&!er we were lumbered with afraid of his own shadow, he might have acted tough at Everton, but coming to a huge world eide famous club had shook him to his boots...

Tbh, if Fergie hadn't ambushed him one afternoon and bullied him into taking the United gig, I suspect he'd have signed a new 10-year deal at Everton.
