As far as I understand, if we get 2,700 or more on Saturday we'll be up on last year. Not 100% sure on that though.

Last two games we had 3,120 and 2,840, which is brilliant.

If we get about 2350 on Saturday our average will beat last years average which was about 2085 I think.

There we are, I stand corrected.

2,350 is definitely doable, even with the match at OT kicking off at 5.30.

Nice one, fellas - that's good to hear.

Actually I picked up Brady's book the last time I was in Manchester. Not read all of it as of yet, but some of the pieces in it are written very well. Best of luck for the weekend.

If you have paid to get in first that would suit us best too.

Yes, at last.

Tunji Moses (Remi's son) is playing in front of the back four now, giving us the protection we need.

Nicky Platt has come back from Stalybridge too.

If FC are promoted, do you reckon they'll lose a lot their players to clubs in higher leagues, mate?

I would have thought we would have more chance of keeping them if we went up to be honest.

Most of the players seem to say publicly that they are happy to stay unless they get offered a full time contract.

Rumours are that Macclesfield are watching Kyle Wilson and Crewe are watching Jerome Wright so we may end up losing either of them in the summer.

It may well happen, especially where Jerome Wright and Kyle Wilson are concerned as Withers says, but it happened last summer and here we are going for the play-offs again.

Well, it wasn't to be, as Switching Off has posted.

Right until 5 minutes to go it looked like we'd make it, but that's the way it goes.

We were the best team over the past two or three months, playing scintillating football, but our early season form cost us in the end.

Ho hum, onwards and upwards - Champions 2010.

PS - With a birilliant crowd of 3,719, overall attendances are up 3.2% on last season.

i heard some of it on the wireless

who the £#%&! are those commentators?

they were live to the Kendal match on an open mic for the last 5 minutes which was funny as £#%&! - you could just hear a couple of nervous wrecks having a chat somewhere else in the country and these two mentalists commentating on FC
