The dippers won't hit top 4 at any point this season, it's just a matter of when city's project finally explodes that 2nd is up for grabs (after Barca it will happen as they'll have noting to play for) - will be the usual order this season and every one for at least the next 5 seasons

arsenal imploding is the dippers best shout at getting 4th and that won't happen anytime soon, imo
