Not bad. Less "cartoony" than the current one. It's not exactly a huge departure in design and United have a history of changing their badge every couple of decades.

Not too sure about the stars though. But top team like Ajax, Munich, juventus have stars on their badge so it's not like we're above that's sort of thing.

city also have stars on their club crest, too... double-denim-tastic.

Agree. Looks a bit more serious but I am surprised it's taken them this long to acknowledge the European cup wins

Bit different when they're there for winning the European Cup though, compared to one for having the tallest floodlights in Britain between 1992-1996, most people ever recorded on a hill in Blackburn, and largest cantilever stand in England 1995-1996.

yes apart from the shape, content and font

Yeah. Rightly or wrongly it'd just look like a cheap dig at them. Not our fault, but it would.
