Time for Fellaini to stand up and be counted. £#%&!ing Lirchio at right back

I know, but at least it would be positive.

Or bring Ando into the midfield

Either way, just no £#%&!ing Smalling at right-back. Ever.

That midfield of ours I can't think of a single other 'top' european team with such a total mess of a midfield.

A central attacking midfielder on the left wing, a 40 year old member of the coaching staff, a £27m tree and the cowardly Ecuadorian lion on the right.

I'd rather you played than Young.

Although, to be fair, I'd rather see you start than anyone else. Be a laugh, wouldn't it.

good to see moyes showing confidence in his players

he has a great squad and his rotation policy sees us with 7pts from 9 so far and deservedly topping the group*

* iirc ;-}

Not when I kept my place for Sunday

Sociedad coming into this game in much better form than the last one, but I am pretty worried about that midfield.

One eye on Sunday, bigger game. We'll win this but it won't be pretty

Sunday is a huge game for us. We simply cannot afford to lose it. With that in mind, this line-up is somewhat understandable. Still doesn't make it any less of a dog's dinner though.

Yes, it is a dynamic and inspiring line up - Sociedad will TREMBLE at that midfield

Will be amazed if tonight is anything other than a disjointed mess - am out anyway so won't have to watch it.

Seriously, how can a Club of ours size have so few options in such a key area of the pitch??
Jones in there the other day, Giggsy back in there again tonight.
It's an absolute nonsense

Partly because our poor, restricted new manager had no choice after three months in the job but to spend his budget on Fellaini.
