I agree - who knows, if he plays tomorrow he might break his European drought. That couldn't do his confidence any harm

And we don't have a lot of options up there. I'm a fan, but he was dreadful at Stoke and only slightly better against Leeds. Disappointing considering it's a rare opportunity for him to impress. It's either him, Owen or 5 in midfield. None of those are particularly appealing at the moment.

Disregard big Mamers at your peril!!

(Is he even in the CL squad? )

I don't mind Diouf. Puts in a shift. Fairly useful. Don't think he'll make the grade here, but couldn't do any worse than the front two did at the weekend.

(I don't know)

Are you entirely convinced he can play football though? 100% convinced?

Made one and had a hand in another against Leeds. That;s more than Berbs has achieved this season tbf.

All seriousness, I think he's a bit clumsy and awkward, but somewhat effective. I'm amazed he wasn't sold this summer, but seeing as he's here, he's an option. And given how shit our forwards were this weekend, he deserves a look in.

I often wonder whether some of you can even see berbatov or whether he's like a big ship to a native in a canoe.

don't understand how you have missed the contribution he's made.

they were both terrible. Owen looked better with wellbeck. Owen's game has changed so he drops deep more and berb was floating all over like he does. You cannot play the pair of them.

An off form berb is terrible to watch
