Well, question is, would he do the snooker equivalent of Hendry or Davis? That is, would he called it a day while at the top or (by his standards) carry on and drink a team up. A 50% Ronaldo would still walk into most teams.

He could easily play into his 40s like Giggs if he wanted to IMO, even if not at the very top level.
