I wouldn't call Mourinho mediocre. A massive @#%&! that's well and truly past it? That'd probably be fair. But mediocre? No.

If Mourinho was to manage us it should have been immediately after Fergie.

He would have stabilised the club for those first couple of years.

Madrid broke him. Never the same since.

Absolutely, agree with that.

Unfortunately we didn't, and he did his best to destroy the club and his team. Thankfully Ole came in and turned it all around

Think Madrid gave him a tick but Chelsea was what killed him. He thought he was king there and I think it shattered his ego when they got rid.

Agreed, Chelsea the first time and Pep getting the Barca job ahead of him crushed his ego and planted the seed that Madrid and then Chelsea the second time topped off. Some amount of history is being re-written regarding being coached by Mou, we may have had had clear tactics but there is nothing to suggest the attacking players in particular had any clue what to do with the ball and I can't recall a single player who improved in Mou's reign of terror.

Yes, that's why people always break off discussions with you. You keep winning arguments.

Nothing to do with you being absolutely batshit mental

OGS got rid of a whole heap of crap players; he slayed Fellaini, the most shameful player in our recent history.

Whilst he wasn’t a United player, his contribution is underrated. Scored a few important goals.

Our support wasn’t particularly kind to him either and he never sulked unlike some.

Even I underestimated the effect of Solskjaers 3 years of non coaching, non confrontation would have. There is usually a new manager bounce, but not after such a putrid regime.

Its now normal for us to concede 4 goals in games.

If you want to bump old posts, it is gonna be a complete bloodbath. Do you want me to dig up your Ole defences?

Edit: I see you deleted your post now, did you get scared?
