Because by far the most important thing about pre-season was to spend three weeks in Asia.

Moyes has played Anderson for 90 mins in 3 out of the last 4 friendlies, looks like a concerted effort to improve his fitness.

Some success on that front, Anderson has been ok in the last 2 games, passed it fairly well, not really over complicating his play. If he can stay fit then hopefully we will start to see him carrying the ball from deep a bit more.

Every Brazilian player with any ambition will be ultra motivated this season, a home World Cup to come.

Henriquez has a little of the early Forlan about him.
