SAF gave them all the glare coming into the tunnel, so hopefully they'll come out second half roaring. To score against this shouldn't prove too difficult, it's stopping them scoring were we'll struggle.

We dominated the minutes leading up to halftime. There are definitely more goals in this for us. Shame Nani and Kaggers are still out though.

fergie is the one who needs to sort it out. the balance/formation is wrong. van persie isn't in it (as usual). young, cleverley and rooney don't have positions. valencia is good at getting the ball and that's it.

we're missing ando.

scholes is not the answer. certainly not instead of clev. get valencia off, rooney and young wide and an extra player in midfield with some mobility. if there's no one on the bench (there's no one on the bench), play valencia next to carrick.

we need to be far more direct. cross or run at goal. stop £#%&!ing valencia-ing about on the wing.

1-1 at half time is hardly bad. We'll see a different side in the second half, hopefully a £#%&!ing shoe up Rooneys arse the moaning @#%&!.

This half has shown us what we already know

Rooney needs to stay high up the pitch because when he tries to drop deep to link and be creative he is shite

If we had any top class wide players we would be a couple of goals up already

Against good opposition away from home you need that extra player dropping into the midfield to dominate that area. If we play with this formation against Madrid it could get very messy for us

Oh and Jones is never a full back in a million years

four in the middle screaming for it. valencia hesitates. finally crosses into the nearest defender when there is no option.
