What level of club is going to take a risk on this guy in the summer. He must be one of the most unreliable players around and hardly puts in a shift when he is fit. Difficult to see even the Saudis going near him.

Maybe he will get some Turkish side with a pay as you 'play' type deal.

Some of us need to look beyond the personalities and hear what they are saying. Reckon mou would’ve done a job for us if he’d been able to manage. Not ideal football style but would have saved us from some of the humiliations we’ve suffered. At least a few trophies and a steppingstone to someone better. Who is going to look at us now? Potter?

This is why we absolutely cannot keep giving contracts to these players under this notion of ‘resale value’. We seem to think it’s smart, but we’re massively overestimating buying clubs desire to have them.
