Old fashioned 3PM Saturday job, wasn't it?

Rest of your points are noted, though.

I’ve been a big critic of his

Luke Shaw had a good start to this season

Martial had that purple patch around October

But alongside Rashford, Lindelof has been our best and most consistent player since November

That is some turnaround when you consider he was completely shite most of last season, looked like a deer in head lights!

Fairplay to him

Still rubbish in the air though

Not bad for someone who is "rubbish" in the air

He desperately needs a proper partner. He looks like he could be of the required standard but if we keep chopping and changing between Smalling/Jones/Bailly it's going to £#%&! us and him up.

I thought Jones was poor tonight.

He’s been our most consistent performer this season.

Only going to get better too.

Yep. He's been great.

Just needs a proper partner.

Made some errors tonight, but then everyone makes them from time to time.

On the whole he continues to be an overwhelmingly positive presence in our defence.

Excellent again

Get Phil the farmer out from playing alongside him
Even Smalling would be better

Young Tarka likes to defend and is a red, how much would he cost us?

Didn't like receiving the ball outside Burnley's box. Kept laying it off. Needs bigger balls.

Looking very promising (didn't see the game) but he's going to have a lot on his plate over the next two months.

If he comes out of games against the forward players he'll be up against in that time unscathed, it'll be a great sign.

I prefer that then cb's thinking they have the striking ability of forwards and having a crack from 25 yards...

This, lay it off to someone more likely to hurt the opposition. Are people not onboard with Vic&Eric being the core partnership, smalling and a n other as the back up?
