Great game. Reacted like a proper man utd team going one down.

If pogba wants to stay and we get him into number 10 with rashford martial and greenwood this team might make top 4.

Nobody is running with it, tottenham and chelsea have lost more than us. Hopefully we sign 1 or 2 in jan

Really hoping for this, but I just get the impression Ole sees him as one of the ‘deeper’ two midfielders.

Maguire’s interview

First time I’ve properly heard him speak...

I’m with dunk, get rid.

Anyway, I really enjoyed that. Some fantastic football at times, shame Martial didn’t get a hatty because he was excellent.
When he @#%&!s it clean out of play and the video was of his cowardly shithousery against Newcastle where he was shite. All relevant. A because he's knocked a 5' 7in striker over on the touchline 45 yards from goal is reaching.

Martial needed/needs a run of games, starting to look sharper and is pulling defenders all over, as he has in fits and starts since he came back. Hope he leaves Greenwood in on Saturday

proper thick Yawkshire bastid

He just needs to improve, his immobility is a massive issue though, can't believe he's the best that we could get for £80m

Keeps up our ridiculous record for Boxing Day games at home as well. Last lost one in the 1980s IIRC?

Never an 80m player

But that’s why we should have let Mourinho sign him for less the summer before.

No, no we shouldn't, as he wasn't available anyway, and he wouldn't have been worth similarly stupid money that summer either.

Even though we only scored one in the 2nd half I liked how we kept our foot on their throat and didn’t let them get any pressure on us like would have happened under Jose

Anyway whoever doesn’t think we look better with Pogba in our midfield is either an idiot or just being incredibly biased
It obvious he’s our most talented and creative midfielder

it's not a new thing. i've always said we should send out teams as if they are a goal down but players just aren't that easy to motivate

Because our best players are inconsistent, and the supporting cast not good enough to step up. Today they played well and we were able to overcome a shaky start; against Watford they were poor and we weren’t. We need to recruit players who can step up when other are off form.

Our mentality away from home is a lot different especially when teams get physical with us
We’re very soft touch at times
