He’s had about 3 poor games. He missed 7 games. You said nearly 3 months now. How many games have we played in the last 3 months? It’s not difficult.

We don’t want him he’s too old! We’ll get him next year!

Yes sorry it's not difficult, that's the bit I was struggling with.

I really should be working but want to test Dunks theory...

04/02 - Crystal Palace, Sent off
16/02 - vs Barcelona, 2-2, 8/10 game....
23/02 - vs Barcelona see above
26/02 - Cup final, 2-0
07/03 - no comment
09/03 - Betis, 4-1..
12/03 southampton sent off ridiculous red
16/03 - Betis 1-0
13/4 - Seville, 2-2
16/04 - Forest 2-0
20/04 Seville 0-3
23/04 - Brighton, scored his penalty and played fine

So aside from Liverpool and Seville x 2, where basically everyone was shit, we've won (with 1 draw, barca) every other game he has played in the last 3 months.

Poor.

Doesn’t mean he was good.

He was great in the Barca games and the cup Final and has dropped off a lot since.

Is this Ferguson any good? I mean, who ever heard of an Irish striker?

Is he 'Irish' like McNulty, bunks, JFK etc. or is he actually from the Emerald Isle?

Seems odd.

Levy is under a lot of pressure and needs to get this summer right. He'll promise Kane the world to sign a new deal again. You'd hope Kane isn't stupid enough to fall for it again but you never know.

It feels the right time for everyone and we're his most obvious option.

It’s really up to Kane. He’s been close to leaving before and it’s not like it would be out of the blue. He’s served them well and if he knocks on Levy’s door and says he wants out, I think they’ll get it done for the right fee.

I could really see the big dumb bastard staying though. More fool him if he does.

Exactly. And even if they came in with a monumental bid, I don't think he'd go there and tarnish his spurs legacy.
