Balls on him though.

Barely seen at Carrington for years, and he refused to give up the number 4 to World Cup and 5 x CL winner Rafael Varane

I thought that made him look a right tart tbh.

When Nottignham Forest don't even try and sign you. The game is up isn't it

Well never see his like again. The ability to make sliding tackles with your face is such a rare talent. Even the great Duncan Edwards couldn’t master it.

Pressure, depression, injuries? A very odd situation. Strikes me as the kind of person that will have seen fun being made of him and it's broken his spirit. Bob Mortimer bits are funny tbh.

The Gollum School of Defending never quite caught on like I hoped it would

It shows great commitment and all but…the signs were there.

The fact that he has turned down loan moves would make me less inclined to be sympathetic towards him.

A few months in Bordeaux would've killed him? Must he insist on doing precisely £#%&! all, and no more than that, at maximum cost to the club?

I think he has injury issues otherwise I think he would have probably taken on a loan move. Also I think it would be quite depressing when you have just got over an injury and then something else occurs

Injury issues consistently for this long though? £#%&!ing Woodward really was absolutely cancerous to us wasn’t he.

Ole looked politely disgusted when he found out about Phil’s 2019 extension.

He's the white, crippled Winston Bogarde

Didn’t someone off here do an amusing song about him in the early days…when he was going to be the next Duncan Edwards.

At least Phil Jones can turn and actually run after another player, Maguire can't. It's staggering how poor he is.
