Sky are running the headline that united have operated at a loss of £115 million for last season and that the debt has also increased by a further £95 million.

must be due another dividend by now.

Highest wage bill in PL history

Would probably drop to about 5th if Ronnie left tbh.

Lots of equity leaving the balance sheet over the last five years and only Joel and Darcie have Class A shares left. Positioning themselves for an exit?

Let's £#%&!ing hope so.

That Webby & O'Neil channel has a whole thing on Big Jim, I've not been arsed to listen to it tbh.

No point wondering who wants to buy if they don't want to sell.
Plenty of things in the annual report that look to be trending in the right direction for an exit. Obviously the sponsorship deals will be a concern but they may well sell before they gamble on us getting fourth/CL qualification this season.

Can somebody explain this to the layman…? Why could they take their dividend? Or did they against the other directors?

If you’re going to flash your knickers at prospective suitors, you have to make sure they’re clean.

I thought that said knackers, but I guess the same principle would apply.

if payment was due in 2023 and they've blocked it now, surely a sale is happening soon

£917m been paid in interest and we're still over £600m in debt.

The people that allowed this takeover to happen should never oversee a takeover again. The Premier League/FA should hang their heads in shame

Most of the people involved don’t give a shit. If any other team in the premier league were bought out through leveraged deals upwards of 600 million the royal family would step in .

There are a lot of bitter ABUs out there. This wasn’t incompetence, the sale was approved because nobody really cared.

Just hope to God the new owners are interested in a “football first” attitude and we aren’t sold off to some investment company or someone who will use us as advertising to the world

Obvious they have to sell, but a serious buyer would wait a bit until the interest rate rises really start to bite then low-ball the @#%&!s.

But the good news is the Glazers are almost certainly done, the leeches can't bleed the club much longer.
