I said it on the old thread but he’s probably the one midfielder I’d have over Rice. He’s £#%&!ing class, and is a better passer of the ball by far. Absolutely love him and have felt he’s been wasted in this Barca team. Would be a very promising start to life under ETH if this is our first signing.

Buzzing to see him and The Scottish Player together next season joking

We should buy him outright but, even if we loaned him, he'd end up staying.

As much as we need numbers, the jump in quality from this guy to what we have is huuuuuuuge.

If it’s between Nunez or De Jong, then De Jong by a mile.

Barca are desperate to get him off the wage bill. First choice status guaranteed.
Are we that kind of club now though?

He wants cl, loves barca, could move to city but he could be part of something amazing at United.

United is the riskiest but ultimately the most rewarding move.

He'll miss at least one season of the cl and look what happened to donny. I can see why he'd be wary.

If Fred and McT keep de Jong and VdB out of the team under their manager, playing their brand of football then I think it’s on them tbh.

Ten Hag was ‘seducing’ him yesterday. Today the deal is ‘hot’. Shaping up to the horniest transfer of the summer.

They're quoting a twitch channel FFS.

Good god, even Dunk wouldn't stoop that low...

I don’t blame him either. Sacked while winning a ropey after being shafted by Woodward transfer wise and hung out to dry, all because that shitehawk Mourinho was available. We’re getting everything we deserve for that decision. Still.
