Militant vermin lashing out at the reasonable ones in the BBC comments section.

"I'm a Liverpool fan, but we've got to be honest that they weren't penalties."
"No you're not."

Theyll have a go against us, which will suit us. Rashford running at Fabinho.

And if they dont, it will be dull and scrappy, and that will all be Solskjaer's fault

I’d prefer a scrappy game

They have all the possession passing along their back line

Then in the 90th minute Bruno dives and wins a penalty

0-1.

It would be amazing.

If they play their normal game, I think it suits us. They'd have the ball a lot and would be camped just outside of our box. Our defenders would bully them.
Our pace would hurt their weak defence on the break.

But Klopp will shit himself again and play it safe. He can't really afford to lose to us. He's clearly getting an early case forward for them to get a penalty, hopefully our defenders aren't stupid enough to give them a sniff of one.

The truth is that both managers would bite your hand off for a draw.

if they play against us like they played against soton, it will be 7-0.

They will play their usual game vs us and you just know they will turn up, big time.

We need to be on it from the start no messing around.

Bit of a win win anyway.

A loss brings us down to earth, makes them giddy. We win our next game and realise it ain’t so bad. They lose/draw one of their subsequent games and have a complete mental breakdown.

Defending a title against a side with nothing to lose. Oof. Also Oon.

i think you mean passing it between CB's only to launch it long and play for the second ball....that's heavy metal football

I still feel Southampton scored too earlier.

In the first half Southampton should have had another two at least. If he starts Henderson and Fabinho vs us we will win.

Here’s to hoping a few more defensive injuries to them

Yes but that doesn't explain why United get so many pens.

It feels like we've got a free hit at them now if we beat Burnley.

City the biggest threat imo.

9 days for the pressure to get to them. 9 days for the doubt to set in & burrow deep into their souls.

yes they do...that might give them a bit of time to get a few guys healthy but we have 5 days so that's plenty of time to refresh the legs and let's be honest the game against Burnley is one in which we should dominate the ball

the scouse bastards are in bad shape in front of goal but we still ahve to put them under pressure and make the game difficult

Perhaps they should stop fouling us and just let us shoot?

If certain of our players have the ball, that might not be such a bad idea either

Let’s hope they don’t walk alone, to ensure maximum infection
