Thumbs up The slow cooker

Iím aware this has been done before. Circumstances have dictated Iíve had to fend for myself over recent months and have invested in the aforementioned device.

What a piece of kit

I am gradually leaving the galloping gourmet behind.

Stews, curries, chilli, risotto, idiot proof cooking

Beef Goulash via the slow cooker today , 20 minutes sorting it all out this morning - no faffing about cooking later
Big hit with all the fam.

Iíve just had lamb hot pot out of mine. Lovely - and helped by the fact I didnít make it.
